This listing is for 2 vintage mess trays. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and I used to visit NAS Moffett Field when they had air shows there. A couple years ago I happened upon a special estate sale, she was a “Rosie the riveter” in her youth and she had so much military memorabilia from Moffett Field. I picked up these two trays from her collection. I’m downsizing and would like someone else to enjoy these now. One tray is in excellent condition, the other one has some staining. I think it could be removed, but I will leave that to the new owner. Both trays are in sturdy condition, no cracks or breakage. Moffett Field no longer exists as a Naval Air Station. The large blimp hangar is a historic structure once housing a blimp. I’ve forgotten the name, look it up, interesting history!
