For sale is a grouping containing Original WWII Navy and Army Medical items, with an Early war Corpsman’s bag. Many of the contents are dated early war. I normally wouldn’t mention this but I need to sell this quickly due to unfortunate circumstances. If you send me a Reasonable offer, and I’ll most likely be receptive to it. It’s been a few years since I looked into WWII Medical items in general, but I have listed everything to the best of my ability below. Everything included is Original, there are NO reproduction Items included. Contents of the lot. Medical scissors, came with the bag. Australian shell dressing, dated mid-1942 – sealed. Large Carlisle bandage box – 1943 dated, sealed. Orange Carlisle tin – sealed. Late war small Carlisle Bandage (black Packaging) -sealed, missing cardboard sleeve. Early war small Carlisle box 1942 dated – sealed. Another small Carlisle bandage box – sealed. Windlass Tourniquet – sealed. Small webbing tourniquet, probably – came with the bag. Green oak safety pins – complete. Late war Petrolatum Jelly tube box with 1 tube remaining. Wire splint – loose, came with bag. 2 in by 6 yd gauze bandage full box – 2 of the flaps are torn, but is complete with all contents. 5 loose 2 in by 6 yd gauze bandages. Iodine swabs box – filled. Late war sunburn cream tin – unsure if full, didn’t try to open it, but feels like its full. US Navy marked lipstick – I understand this is somewhat rare. Iodine wood vial, with inner iodine glass vial. Vial is stuck inside base of wood container. Empty tin of medical tape. Insecticide powder – Seems mostly full, but its been opened. 3 in by 5 yd bandage – plaster of paris.
