Vulcan USS Will Rogers SBN659 Ballistic Submarine Vulcan Lighter. This is an original lighter and not some created knockoff. Wonderful condition and a rare find in this shape. It comes with its original Vulcan box. If served on this submarine which I understand was decommissioned during 1993, this would be a great item.
