1970 USS Bennington CVS-20 Hand Painted Resin Presentation Plaque on Wood Base. The colorful, hand-painted resin plaque measures 6″ x 7″; it is mounted on to a 8″ x 12.5″ hard wood base; the 3″ x 1.5″ personalized brass plate is clean and quite legible. This would have been one of the last plaques bestowed upon crew as the Bennington was decommissioned the very month that this plaque was given. He plaque is in very good antique condition.
