Historic Unites States Navy Officer’s tray features official US Navy Seal graphic engraving with wide spread winged eagle holding three arrows and Laurel Sprig in talons. USN in top center, hallmarked International Silver IS 01135 / 41 on back. 9.5″ x 9.5″.
