Vintage US Navy (Private Lewis) SuperGlas Fibre Metal Fiberglass Duck Bill Hard Hat. I do not know much about it. I do not know what that is. (Just a guess) I may be wrong it could be more recent but it seems to be in working order. I think the string inside may be a rigged fix. Has the name “Lewis” on front and a single bar on back. I believe these are very rare. And not many we’re taken home or kept after service. Due to the fact I can’t find any others for sale. Would be great for a museum or a collectors display.
