It appears to have barely been worn or washed (if at all). The jacket was issued, so you should still expect some general wear from “normal” use. Nevertheless, most of the staining appears to be storage related. Overall, this is a near mint example of a rare U. Navy N-3 utility jacket from the Second World War.
