A lovely original WW2 Royal Naval Ensign, what is great about this flag is its an original multi piece in the coarse material. It has very little wear for a flag of well upwards of 70 years old and still maintains its original brass mounts for attaching it to the pole. I have had the pleasure of purchasing a huge collection of original WW2 flags from the D-Day landing zone this last week. This collection was put together by an elderly gentleman who passed away just before Christmas, his sole source for items was local knowledge, friends and family. I will be listing some of the British and American flags this evening. All are 100% Original and came from Normandy.
