This is a vintage Geiger counter with storage case. Both the meter and case are marked – see pics. NOTE: heavy item – together they weigh almost 20lbs. Pre-owned condition – untested (uses oddball battery; includes paperwork for converting it to standard D cells); shows wear; rubber pads inside storage case are deteriorated; see all 24 pics. This one is a beautiful, unrestored, working example from the 40’s and 50’s. This one looks like new! Most of these were thrashed and don’t work, this one is beautiful and works! Vintage Weston AC Laboratory meter Model 155 no. 31056 in great working condition. It has a mirror scale for parralex correction. The volt meter was made by Weston Electrical Instrument Corp. In New Jersey USA! Yes, we made things then. The meter has 3 voltage ranges, 150, 300, 600 vac over a frequency range of 25 – 125 hertz. It has a test button. The meter works on all three ranges.
