This box was awarded to Commander Alan R. McGarry by the Officers of the USS Jupiter in 1956 and is crafted in solid 950 sterling silver. The face of the box reads COMMANDER ALAN. McGARRY USN From the Officers of the USS JUPTER AVS – 8 1956 and features the crest of the USS Jupiter. The box measures 6 7/8 inches wide, just over 3 1/8 inches deep, and stands 1 5/8 inches tall. The base is clearly hallmarked “STERLING 950″ and has a total weight of 273 grams. There are a number of dings, dents, and scratches.

US Navy Chief Petty Officer (CPO) anchor in lucite… Items dimensions are 6″ wide x 7″ tall × 1.5 thick. It has a blue base with felt feet so it won’t scratch any surface. The anchor is a shiny brass color with silver letters (USN). I’ll is quite heavy for its size and quite impressive to look at. Trust me when I say that the pictures don’t do it justice!
