I will start to sell off the estate items in different lot, please check my other auctions for them. ORIGINAL WW2 US V-42 CASE TRENCH KNIFE & SCABBARD. One of 70 ever delivered to US Navy. This one is in excellent condition, with original tip and not be shorten or sharpen. Leather stacked handle and thumb protector are tight and in excellent condition. Almost impossible to obtain, only 70 of these knives delivered to US NAVY, all were sent with Submarine Raider short sheath. The sheath were marked. Later in the war USS OMAHA stamping were defaced to prevent identification in case they fell in enemy hands. Sometime in 1945 these knives were ordered to be thrown overboard in Philadelphia Harbor. Vintage 1961 Remco Frogman Motor Operated U. Navy Commando In Original Box. Includes the Navy commando (some scuff marks), marker buoy and flag, helmet (no string to hold it on though), rifle (some scuff marks), adjustable ballast tanks, motor switch, regulator, air hose, face mask, depth guage, electric motor, battery box, weight belt and sheath (no bayonet), and spear gun (no spear). It does not include the snorkel or walkie talkie. Needs 4 “D” batteries to operate. Batteries are not included. The arms and fins are adjustable. Everything comes in the original box. There is a name on the top of the box and some pencil scribbles on the back. One of the top flaps is torn but stil manageable. These are all my own observations. The original box measures 28″x7″x13. Rare Vintage WW2 era Western USA G46-6 Bowie knife with flat disk pommel. The knife has a 5 7/8 full tang gun blued blade, (still has 90+% of the original hot blue factory finish) steel hand guard, stacked Leather handles with a Flat pommel and is 10 overall. The knife is used and in excellent condition and shows mild resharpening and mild sheath scuff marks to the blueing on the blade. The steel hand guard is tight with no movement. The original double stitched sheath is in very good condition with all stitching still intact. One in this condition is a rare find.
