An original US Navy Chaplain helmet. The helmet was manufactured during Ww2 and is a swivel loop front seam Schlueter repainted a Navy gray, The straps have seen better days. I believe this helmet was used during the Vietnam war as a Chaplains helmet but maybe used during the Korean War. I will let you determine the time frame. I will be glad to answer any questions.
