Utah which itself was later sunk at Pearl Harbor December 7 1941 – this details the life of Thomas Shea and does include the now questionably racist terminology “Chinaman” in the description of a personal tattoo – it details Thomas Shea was born in NY NY and his journey through the years in the U. Navy – signed by himself along with the signature of many a commanding officer paymaster commander and lieutenant commander – a true piece of American Militaria History so take advantage. This World War II Gas Obstacle Course Chemical Warfare School certificate from Edwood Arsenal MD is a unique historical piece for collectors interested in militaria. The certificate is printed on high-quality paper and is in excellent condition, with no tears or marks – crease in the center does not detract. Very cool WWII historical ephemera. World War II Gas Obstacle Course Chemical Warfare Map & Certificate. This was my grandfather’s, a WWII vet, that completed this course. Very few have ever completed this course or even taken it. This certifies that (The Member) has successfully traversed the course. Signed by George Brooke Lt. Secretary of CW School. Dating back to January 10th 1910 through the 1930s this Naval log book with a continuous service certificate went through the First World War, has many important signatures like Victor Blue who was the Chief of the Department of The Navy Bureau of Investigation, along with H. Karp and many others, this belonged to Joseph Francis Alisch born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania May 26th 1891 and was a resident of Toms River New Jersey, He was a Blacksmith, the Vessels this was on include the Franklin, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, USS Vestal to name some of them, this is a really awesome piece of Navy history, yes it has some water damage but it is all 100% original down to the leather cover, thank you for looking.

Rare Original United States Navy Honorable Discharge Certificate from March 15, 1938. Signed on the front and reverse sides by Henry M. Mullinnix, Commander of the U. Mullinnix would later serve as an Admiral during World War II. Certificate measures 9″ x 10 1/2″. This certificate is in vintage condition. It has been folded. There is creasing, marks and age discoloration. Please see photos and ask any questions you may have. This would be a nice addition to any collection.
