Very large & heavy. Given to a Commander in the Navy. Very large binder 22.5 inches x 20.5 inches. Unopened and mailed to commander NEW. Mailed to Commander from US Navy in 1954. Found at an estate sale in Point Loma, CA. This was owned by a commander in the us navy. Very rare one of a kind. I would love the opportunity to work with you.
