For a satin finish, Repress with a siliconized sheet for 5 seconds. For a Glossy finish, repress for 5 seconds with a Teflon Sheet. After preheating garment, position the first color, place cover sheet over graphic, and press for 3-5 seconds at 330°F (165°C). Align second color and replace cover sheet. Repeat for additional colors. Finish with final application step. Easy to position and reposition on the substrate, but Thermo-Tape will help to hold it in place on tough-to-do items. Transvinyl Flexx is a polyurethane, ready to cut material designed for custom garment decoration. It is designed to be used with a cutting plotter and heat press, but due to the low heat activation it can also be adhered with a hand iron. Transvinyl Flexx Material is in a league of its own because of its pressure sensitive carrier. This feature allows you to weed small vinyl letters and fine designs easily. Much thinner than other Vinyl materials, it’s extremely easy to cut and heat apply and is perfect for single color or multi-layered applications. Transvinyl Flexx offers excellent durability, even after repeated washing. Apply to any cotton or cotton/polyester blend material. NOT FOR USE ON NYLON. Temperature 300° – 320°. 6-8 on Auto Clam Hotronix. Preheat Platen: Prior to beginning, press empty pad for 3 cycled of 15 seconds. Failure to preheat pad will cause insufficient heat and will damage the first 3 transfers. Use a plotter, die cut or laser cut. Mirror the image so the lettering says readable. Remove unwanted areas around the design. Cover with Teflon sheet and press at 310°F for 10-15 seconds with Medium-Firm pressure. Leave finished item for at least 24 hours before washing. Turn garment inside out and wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry on the low heat setting, do not dry clean Do not iron directly on the transferred area.
