Original WW2 US Navy Shore patrol M1 Helmet Liner & SP Armband. The helmet liner and armband came from the estate of Torpedoman Chief Petty Officer Virgil M. Welch who was a Pearl Harbor survivor and surveys in the navy from pre-WW2 till sometime in the 1960s and who served in his long career from time to time as a shore patrolman on the ships he served on. The liner is used and shows wear an has torn and lose webbing. That being said the liner should display well and is in ok shape for being manufactured during WW2.
