Up for sale is an amazing account of US NAVY Retired submariner. Typical of a war hero he had the plaque signed just “BILL”. Navy submariners are highly trained personnel who operate and maintain the U. Navy’s nuclear-powered submarines, performing critical missions in stealth, intelligence, and strategic deterrence. This Plaque measures 17″ high by 11″ wide and it very heavy. Half the plaque is dominated by the huge solid brass Navy Eagle and Anchor Seal.
