I have for sale a pinback button that reads FIGHTING BOB & has a military bust along with a red, white & blue ribbon that reads WELCOME. The celluloid button has a 1 1/4 inch diameter. The button and ribbon together are 4 1/2 inches long. The military bust belongs to United States Navy Rear Admiral Robley D. Evans who was nicknamed Fighting Bob. I believe this button was issued during the cruise or possibly at the end of the cruise. (20,443 ORC)(DE).
