Nice sword and very good condition about 36 in long Fitz snug in the leather and metal scabbard Rayskin grip gilded brass gaurd etched blade with the name of the previous owner. I couldn’t find anything about him online. Marked Frank Thomas Norfolk Virginia below that is stamped made in Germany. Frank Thomas most likely retailed the sword. From what I could find about the company I believe the sword was made in the’40s or the’50s. Could be a little later but not much earlier.
