An exquisite and extremely rare U. Navy Flight Surgeon wing manufactured by Bailey, Banks, and Biddle Co. Wing is so marked, full size and was proposed to the Navy in the 1950’s as a replacement for the 1942 Flight Surgeon Wing. This design was not accepted by the Navy.
