You get everything you see, including the display case. All are United States navy military metals. With ribbon bars and a hash mark. This is a nice collection from a veteran. Sad to say his family did not want it no more. This collection will make a nice addition to your collection. Or for that special someone.. Also wanted to mention that the case that it comes with was an old cigar humidor. But it makes a decent case..
