These jackets were made by Northern Outfitters for US Navy SEAL teams. They are similar to PCU Level 4 windshirts in purpose, but these were issued as a set with pants. The material is lightweight, breathable, and dries quickly. The garment packs into a built in stuff sack for storage when not in use.
