United States Navy Communications Command wall plaque. Measures 10 inch in diameter. Plaque is solid brass as best I can tell. Its super heavy at almost 13 lbs. (plan accordingly if you were to wall mount it) I can’t find an exact date to place this at, but I feel it’s from the 50’s or 60’s.
