Rare Original United States Navy Honorable Discharge Certificate from March 15, 1938. Signed on the front and reverse sides by Henry M. Mullinnix, Commander of the U. Mullinnix would later serve as an Admiral during World War II. Certificate measures 9″ x 10 1/2″. This certificate is in vintage condition. It has been folded.
