Mens Vintage 40s WW2 USN Heavy Deck Parka Jacket Coat NXSX98074 M 40 XR 8176. Vintage, US Navy WWII long parka with fur lining. We can date this item to 1945. The jacket is overall in extremely well worn vintage condition! We havent washed it and its exactly as found, tons of history and patina in the jacket. Measures around a 40 chest, as original sizing stamp. Relaxed fit, could easily fit a large. Please see below for specific item measurements. Wear – Well worn/trashed, vintage condition. There is a large hole in the hood as well as several holes in the outer shell of the hood. There are another couple of smaller holes in the body on the front and back as well as a large area of repair work to the front below the right pocket. There are also a few, little scratches here and there including fraying to the cuffs. Marks or Stains – There is heavy staining to both sleeves and hood. There is some general discolouration around the pockets as well as a few smaller stains down the chest and back. There is stencilling to the left side of the chest as well as the upper back. Could do with some care and a deep wash! Please see images for details. Fastenings – Buttons, Ideal zip and draw strings. The bottom button is missing but all other fastenings are present and working. The zip works but the bottom has become detached as shown. Pockets – 2 hand warmers. Lining – Fur lining. Good condition throughout the body but there are holes and threadbare patches inside the hood. Pit to Cuff – 21. Pit to Pit – 24.5. Shoulder to Shoulder – 22.
