Vintage WWII US Navy Wet Weather Parka / Rain Jacket in rare small size, contract number NXsx 59909. This item is likely 70+ years old, so there is normal wear and tear to be expected, but overall, this is in great condition. The only damage is a small hole on the underside of the left sleeve (7th pic) and some staining on that same sleeve. Measurements (in the last 4 pictures as well). Pit to pit: 23 inches. Shoulder to bottom hem (vertical length): 25 inches. Shoulder seam to end of sleeve (sleeve length): 25 inches. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam (measured in the back): 20-21 inches. Note that this wet weather parka, along with overalls that were usually issued together, were meant to be worn over one’s clothes, so the overall fit is baggy.
