Original blue Navy paint, Fixed Bales, Stainless Rim. Straps are frayed and there is evidence of action scratches and dings, but overall this is a nice addition to an M1, Navy, Pacific Theater collection. ISP stood for Island Shore Police which was a police force on a captured island in the war with Japanese. The ISP is original paint. The liner is a CAPAC with olive webbing. The neck strap is dated 1945 but I can not make out the maker… There is no liner strap. The batch number stamped in the inside visor appears to be 288 (late 1942). Is painted inside the shell visor.
