Original N1 N-1 US Navy USN Deck Jacket WWII WW2 Khaki Size 40 Contract No. So called 3rd pattern. Decent size, labeled 40. Shoulders = 19 inches. Sleeves = 25 inches. Length = 28 inches. Armpit to armpit = 22 inches. Fits mens large, about 40-42 chest. Possibly been replaced at some point. Cuffs have some wear & few small issues, as expected in a garment of this age but otherwise all intact. Some alpaca worn on collar. Few small marks & tears but in overall good wearable, collectable condition. Nice stencil on front & back. Nice over 70 years worth of vintage patina. Last time this was worn was in Finland, -17 degrees & still kept warm. One of the vintage world’s most iconic jackets, as worn by Paul Newman, bikers etc. Decent large size, good vintage condition, with no serious issues, stenciled front & back so what more do you want in an iconic original piece of WW2 history.
