Please examine the pictures closely! Made by Chelsea Clock Co, Boston. But I was able to wind it and it worked. Bakelite case has some marks/chipping on the outside (see pictures). Face is marked with lots of patina. Screw down face and hinge are in good shape. Please let me know if you would like any more information or pictures!
