This original World War II US Navy N1 deck jacket is in great condition. You can see stains or dirt and I have not tried to clean it. But otherwise this jacket shows remarkably little signs of wear. The zipper works perfectly. All buttons are present. The drawstring is intact and solid. The elastic on the storm cuffs in the sleeves are in excellent condition. There are no holes or rips, except for the tag. Unfortunately the tag is torn so I cannot see the details of size etc. It does say NAVY DEPARTMENT and shows part of the CONTRACTand SIZE parts of the label. It is stenciled USN on front and S30 on the back. It fits like a tight medium or biggish small. Across the chest it measures 19 pit to pit, the sleeves are about 25 from the shoulder and it is about 26 long measured on the back from beneath the collar to hem.
