This is a vintage wristwatch dating to about 1943. This is handsome, clean, and in excellent condition. This style dial with the outer seconds ring was a favorite of doctors and medics. There is some wear and scratches that many will find appealing in a watch of this type and era. The watch runs well and keeps time. The time sets as it should. The case is stainless steel and it is about 29mm wide not including the crown. It is about 36mm long to the tips of the lugs. The movement is a high quality Swiss made Gallet hand winder and it has 17 jewels. The band is a new old stock 1940s leather replacement. The total length of the watch is about 8 5/8 inches. This uses a 16mm band which could easily be replaced if you prefer a different style or length. The crystal is clean and clear and has no scratches.
