WWII Era Original US Navy USN Mark 1 Fighting Knife RH Pal 35 w/USN Mk 1 Scabbard – Nice Condition. The knife has a Aluminum Pommel with a Parkerized. There is evidence of sharpening on the blade. No rust or pitting on the blade. The blade is marked USN MARK 1 on one side and RH Pal 35 on the other. The leather handle is in Nice Condition. The leather has darkened with age. It has the black, yellow & red spacers in the handle. The cross guard and pommel are both tight. The scabbard is marked USN Mk 1. A crack on the side of the scabbard body. The knife & scabbard are used, please see photo’s for condition. If you see M. Coles Book’s “Best of US Military Knives, Bayonets & Machetes”, page #109 example #23.
