This watch sets, does not stop winding, does not run. Good balance wheel and staff. Not sure when last serviced. When you rock the watch, does the second hand advance? Answer: When I both put press on the center wheel and spin the balance wheel by hand, the second hand will move for about 3 seconds. When you wind the watch, do you feel any tension or just no friction at all? Answer: When I wind the watch I feel very little friction and the winding never comes to a ending point. When I wind I can see the winding wheel turn. Can you adjust the hour and minute hands by first pressing in the shoulder pin at 11 and then pull out the crown? Answer: Yes, the setting of the time works correctly. Model 22, 21 jewels, Size 36. Stem wind and set. Adjusted to 6 Positions &. Dial: no hairlines, no chips. In very good condition. Crystal is in fair condition with many light scratches. Case: open face case. The case shows normal pocket wear. Both front & back covers screw on and off easily with a good seal. Inside back cover snaps on and off with a good seal. Inside of back cover: It says, “Keystone Base Metal”. Box included (box is fair condition). PLEASE CAREFULLY LOOK BACK AT THE PICTURES.
